How much does it cost to start with HighRise Wholesale?
Generic stock products start from $199 (ready product, no custom branding or packaging). Full private label starts from $999 and includes product sourcing, brand approval, custom packaging design, and direct-to-Amazon shipping setup. Final cost depends on product complexity, MOQ, and customisation level — we share a tailored quote within 24 hours of your first WhatsApp message.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers and international wire transfers (T/T), which are the standard methods for wholesale. Payment terms and full wire details are shared after your initial review.
We do not accept PayPal for wholesale orders due to chargeback risk on large transactions.
Are there any upfront fees before placing an order?
No. Initial consultation, supplier search, sample sourcing quotes, and the tailored launch roadmap are all free. You only pay once you approve the product, packaging, and total order cost.
📦 Products & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product but typically range from 20 to 200 units depending on customisation level. Simpler products with standard packaging often have lower MOQs; fully custom-designed packaging or unique product variations may require higher commitments.
We negotiate MOQs on your behalf with our supplier network — most clients launch their first SKU at 50-100 units.
Where are your products sourced from?
We work with a vetted global supplier network — primarily Asia-based manufacturers (China, Vietnam, India) with proven track records. Every supplier goes through quality inspection, factory audit, and sample approval before we add them to our network.
For specific products (food, supplements, electronics), we also have US-based partners.
Can I put my own brand and logo on the products?
Yes. We specialise in private labeling. We handle logo application, custom retail packaging, insert cards, hang tags, and unique SKU/barcode generation for your brand. Sample approval is included before any production run.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are typically $30-80 per product including shipping and arrive in 5-7 business days. Sample cost is credited toward your first production order.
🚚 Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does the first order take?
Most clients are live on Amazon FBA in 2-3 weeks from kickoff. This includes product sourcing, sample approval, manufacturing (typically 7-10 days), FBA prep, and Amazon check-in.
Walmart WFS timeline is similar — 2-4 weeks for first listing live.
Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We handle direct-to-FBA shipments with full FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling, warning labels, and Amazon-compliant prep. We can also ship to Walmart WFS, Shopify 3PL, or your own warehouse.
What about customs and import duties?
For international shipments to the US, we handle customs clearance, HTS classification, and import documentation. Duties are paid by you at landed cost — we quote them upfront so there are no surprises.

Do you help with Amazon Brand Registry?
Yes. We handle the full Brand Registry process including trademark filing guidance, USPTO submission, and Amazon Brand Registry enrollment after trademark approval. Brand Registry unlocks A+ Content, Sponsored Brands ads, and hijacker protection.
I'm a first-time seller. Can I still work with you?
Yes. About 60% of our clients are first-time sellers. We walk you through Amazon Seller Central setup, product compliance, listing creation, and your first PPC campaign. The $999 private label package is specifically designed for first-time brand launchers, while generic stock from $199 is ideal for testing products fast.
Do you handle Amazon PPC and listing optimisation?
Yes. Listing copy, A+ Content, keyword research with Helium 10, and ongoing PPC management are all available as add-on services. Weekly performance reports are included.
