- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

- Session recording and heatmap data is retained by Microsoft Clarity per its standard retention settings; advertising measurement data is retained by each provider per its own policy
- WhatsApp communications are stored within WhatsApp's platform per their terms of service

- Session recording and heatmaps: We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so that we can improve usability. We mask our contact form in these recordings so that what you type into it is not captured.
- Session storage: We use sessionStorage to track the urgency counter display, whether the exit-intent popup has been shown, and whether a form submission has just been completed so that conversion measurement is recorded only once. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab.
